Policies:

With all projects:
Client must provide all text and photographs Projects allow for 2 proofs. Websites are created on a page per page basis. The homepage must be approved before any additional pages can be designed. Unless otherwise stated, there is a minium 48 hour turnaround on all work. I will make every attempt to meet deadlines, but any requests for approved same day work must be received no later than 11AM central time. Business hours are Monday-Thursday 8am-3pm CST and Friday 8am-2pm CST.

On pricing:
A detailed written quote will be given at the beginning of each project. Work above and beyond what is quoted will be charged the per hour rate of $65. PDF proofs for web pages can be requested at an additional cost.

Ownership:
All drawings, artwork, specifications, and other visual presentation materials remain the property of the Designer to show in printed or online portfolios for the length of the lifetime of the artist. All preliminary concepts and visual presentations produced by the Designer remain the property of the Designer and may not be used by the Client without the written permission of the Designer. Final artwork and concepts may not be given to other artists to alter, reproduce or post online in any way without express permission of amandanorthcutt.com

Credit:
The Designer shall have the right to include a credit line with live link to amandanorthcutt.com website on any website developed by amandanorthcutt.com at the very bottom of each page or in any publication of the design by the Client. The Client shall not, without written approval, use the Designer's name for promotional or any other purposes with respect to these designs.

Payment:
Flat rates are subject to change, and may vary depending on job complexity. Prices are based on an estimate of time by the artist. Allows for 2 sets of revisions with print only material. Any work above and beyond what is initially agreed upon will be charged the per hour rate of $65 with a $25 minimum. All rates are labor only. Proof will contain embedded copyright notice that will not appear on final project. Balance is due in full upon approval and before any final work is delivered to either the customer or 3rd party vendor. Payment must be received in full by due date. Payments received later than due date are subject to late fees in the amount of 1.5% per month (18% annually)
